There was a Saturday when a young couple went into the Louis Vuitton flagship store on Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The guy picks up a bag worth 6500 euros and tell the shop assistant that the bag is for his company, a very beautiful young looking office lady. He takes out a check and signs it. The shop assistant seems to be slightly bothered as he wasn’t sure if the check was valid or if it was authentic.
The man told the shop assistant that it was Saturday, so all the banks are closed. He suggested that the shop assistant can keep the bag at the store until Monday when the bank has opened up again and can verify that the check is in fact approved. After it is approved the shop assistant could personally deliver this delicate piece of handbag to this lady. The shop assistant approved and thought it was a great idea.
On Monday, the shop assistant was shocked to find out that the check was in fact not approved! He calls the guy immediately and tells him the horrified news. The guy simply answers, Oh don’t worry. Last Saturday I already got to sleep with the girl. Thanks for your cooperation!

I think it’s unlikely to be true because the girls I know would all wait to get the bag in their hands before sleeping with me, LOL!

It must be a very old story. A woman today would roll her eyes and leave the guy standing there if he pulled out a cheque book instead of a credit card.

That’s a very dated scam.
Now the dude is in collsion with the shopkeepers. He pulls out a fat wad of cash
and his date gets a AAA grade fake. He keeps the “receipt”. The chick crys foul and goes back to the shop to question the merchant and is arrested for fraud. -
