Bild 2Bild 4Bild 3 Shanghai Tang is usually famous for its decoration pieces and its high quality stationery, but now they also want to move into the food industry.

I was here during lunch one day, because it’s very close to my office.

Lunch set starts at 98RMB per person. Service is great, but no ambiance because lack of people. Come here at night instead :-)

The red bean icecream is delicious!!!!!!!!

Overall, a very chic place for the fashionistas in town. More info here : http://www.urbanatomy.com/index.php/food-a-drink/news/2334-shanghai-tang-the-cafeBild 8

IMG_1721 At a certain hongkongnese restaurant chain, they have a very famous dish, which is this HUGE toast with an icecream ball on top of it.

We were amazed how every single table had this dish, it must mean it’s delicious…right!?

So we ordered it, and let me tell you, it was the worst 35 rmb I have ever spent in China. Why? Because it is literally a dry toast with an icecream ball!

ARGH!!!!!!!!! I can’t sleep!!!!!!!!! I need to, because I work tomorrow!!!

They are BOMBING the streets outside because of a new metro stop they are building right outside my apartment. The funny thing is that it will be done just when I leave Shanghai….so ironic.

It’s a weekday night and almost midnight, and yes, they are BOMBING, sounds like a mixture of firecrackers and gunshots, constantly. I’m not even exaggerating, they started around 8pm and I have listened to the noise for 4 hours, I’m so mad!!!!!!!

Instead I’m listening to Myah Marie – Chemistry (Extended mix) on repeat…
