The last evening we had a very fancy dinner experience at Cafe de’l Homme. One of the few restaurants in town that actually have a splendid view of the city of Paris. Despite the fact that this restaurant is located inside a museum next to Trocadero metro station (a tourist hub), there were not so many tourists in this restaurant, but many chic parisians.

We ordered king prawn salad with lemon olive oil, tuna belly with lettuce hearts, scraped raw beef with french fries, french lamb racks with homemade mashed potatoes and a bottle of white wine, at last we also ordered the best cheesecake I have ever had together with fraise icecream. The food was good but not as good as we thought considered the prices on the dishes. But we both know that what we really pay for is the splendid view. I would say that one of my top memories from Paris was the Louvre visit. Such a fantastic and impressive place to be at. Surrounded by so much history and beautiful things is almost comparable with seventh heaven. Here are some photos we took at the LOUVRE. This is a MUST visit if you have never been here before.
