This is not a joke, but today I had the Crispy Chicken Meal at Burger King, and I was full the WHOLE day, couldn’t eat a thing afterwards. I should also add that I didn’t eat all the fries or didn’t drink so much coke either…

But still, I was sooooooo FULL!!!

Good diet, so today I only had this meal plus a small breakfast

    :-)

    Katjing!

This is THE place to be if you want a nice view over Louvre Paris and the headquarters of luxury group LVMH (owner of luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Moet & Chandon, Dior and much more). Kong bar is situated on the fifth floor of the main Kenzo building on Rue de Rivoli. It couldn’t be more chic!

This  bar was also featured in the last season of Sex and The City where Carrie Bradshaw meets her boyfriend Alexandre’s exwife.

The bar has a kitschy interior, a blend of Philippe Starck furnitures with Japanese manga decoration. Don’t forget that all the waitresses and bartenders are all skinny bitches. But they make delicious cocktails, expensive ones as well…15euros each!

    - Central Paris is expensive! As Paris is the fashion capital, but also the mecca of rich people, things here are extremely expensive. There are especially many rich Middle Eastern and Asian tourists here.

    - At Ladureé cafe it costs about 7€ for a little bottle of Coca Cola…

    - There will always be at least 30 people in front of you in the line just to visit the Louis Vuitton flagship stores around Paris, the majority of those people are Chinese and Japanese people.

    - I have walked so much that my feet are in a very terrible condition, and my previous ballerinas was ruined by walking, had to run into the nearest Zara to buy new shoes.

    - I didn’t shop so much at all, only skincare products and such.

    - Although it was hard to find clothing deals in Paris (because of the Chinese tourists who don’t care about prices), we did find a couple of great deals at the home furnishing department. 1€ for Calvin Klein small towels, Kenzo sheets at 70% off, etc.

    - Make sure to bring your passport around when you are sightseeing in Paris. People under 26 years old and who hold European passport are allowed free entrance to many places.

    - People say that you may skip Louvre, but I disagree. If you haven’t been there before I find it a must to go there. The architecture and interior is impressive. So much history is depicted in the beautiful paintings. I would recommend that you do some research before you go there so that you can really appreciate what is there.

    - There are guards everywhere, outside buildings, shops, clubs and even restaurants. Just act cool and invincible :-)

I just randomly found this picture from an event in May…

The LV bag looks slightly trashy on this pic which reminds me that I really need to fill it properly before going out with it.
